Pricy but worth it, every penny!!
I've been living here for 4 years and only complaint is its pricy for what it is but the staff is over the top tier, LOVE ... Michelle and Brad, Maintenance is great Jessie and Lamar always get the job done, my neighbors are generally quiet, and parking may be small but always a spot close by, beautiful pool nice clubhouse/office and gym and onsite laundry near the unit!! only complaint is like I said it's pricy, and being by the airport and freeway has its advantages but disadvantages too keep that in mind! 5/5 Read More about Pricy but worth it, every penny!!By: Evan Dumas Verified Resident

I have been at Pear Tree Village for over 10 years, and seen a few management teams come and go. The current team with Brad ... W., Ms Michele K., and current maintenance team on site, are by far the best team to be an answer to your home search. Whatever situation you have personal happening, talk to Brad and he will work it out with you. Get Ms Michele to step in, to make sure you are treated with respect, treated like family, and maintenance team are on point to get done what ever you need fixed as soon as possible, and to make sure you have whatever need to make your life at Pear Tree a relaxing home for you. Have lived here over 10 years and through many management teams. This current management team with Brad and Michelle are ... the best this complex has had. They really take care of the property and fix anything that needs fixing. I been here just over a month and absolutely LOVE this place! My friends have seen the place and are wanting to come here now! Just a good complex so far! I see my self here a few years more.

By far one of the best places I have lived. I moved in almost two year ago and never had a single problem. The Office staff is always friendly and makes me feel like they truly care about my needs. When I call in a maintenance request they are over within 24 hours. The pool is clean and the work out facility is decent. I would recommend this community to anyone who is trying to find a place to call home.

My experience has been excellent .the service staff are most,professional,friendly,and extreme closeness to Lambert international airport is an extremely useful and convenient the only downside is shopping is not very convenient.

Best experience I could ever imagine I'm a first time renter and the understanding and communication that the staff have are wonderful. I love how everything is available right at the site laundry and a workout station all in one place.

The community is quiet and simple, the apartment is clean. We moved here because they had an apartment available and the process was quick and easy. Our office people are friendly and the maintenance staff is prompt and knowledgeable.

They are affordable and very nice community. The property manager and staff are both very nice. Attend our needs in a timely manner. They are also approachable. Proximity wise, the apartment location is very accessible to everything, like work and airport.
